定義

• 撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)又稱(chēng)滑動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)是通過(guò)撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)柄使電路接通或斷開(kāi)，從而達(dá)到切換電路的目的.其按觸點(diǎn)接觸方式分為雪撬式、翹板式和彈片式-Three kinds of contact type of Slide Switch：sledge type,lever type and spring arm type
• 雪撬式撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)觸點(diǎn)之間直接摩擦，壽命一般為10,000次以下，而彈片式、翹板式所過(guò)電流及壽命較雪撬式好
  Since the contacts of Sledge type switch are directly wiped each other, the life of
  Sledge type is relatively low (normally below 10,000 times）comparing with spring and lever type switch
• 可以有較多操作檔位供選擇-A variety of circuit options

按照外型可分為基本型撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)、小型撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)；按照材質(zhì)可分為塑膠外殼與金屬外殼，按照電氣性能可分為大電流撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)和小電流撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)等。

撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)使用注意事項(xiàng)

• 大規(guī)格（rating）的雪撬式撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)不能用在小電流（小于100毫安）的電路。
  Sledge type with high rating is not suitable for the current lower than 100mA.
• 彈片式的撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)不能用于較大震動(dòng)的器具。
  Spring arm type is not suitable for vibration working area.
• 大規(guī)格(rating)的撥動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)不能用在小電流（小于100毫安）的電路，微小電流的觸點(diǎn)應(yīng)做特殊處理；如有類(lèi)似的問(wèn)題請(qǐng)我們聯(lián)系。
  Generally, a high rating switch maybe not suitable for a rating less than 100mA of circuit. Some special designs of contacts are the solution of a low current rating．Please contact us for detail．
• 焊線或過(guò)波峰爐時(shí)必需注意溫度及時(shí)間。焊線選用50-70瓦的恒溫鉻鐵，上錫時(shí)間控制在3秒以?xún)?nèi)，過(guò)波峰爐時(shí)間控制在3-4秒，爐溫控制在260度以下。The duration and temperature of welding and wave soldering are critical．Generally, the wattage of the temp iron is 50-70W, the duration of welding is with｝n 3 second，the duration of wave soldering is 3一4 second and the chamber temperature is below 260℃．
